Shipping policy

All orders processed will have a turnaround time of 3-10 business days, depending on stock availability.

We use Australia Post as our courier and their delivery estimates are as below:

Shipping in NSW
STANDARD SHIPPING: Up to 4 business days.
EXPRESS SHIPPING: Up to 2 business days.

Interstate shipping (outside of NSW)
STANDARD SHIPPIHNG: 3-6 Business days.
EXPRESS SHIPPING: 2-4 Business days.

These estimates are based on our recent delivery performance and do not take into account any current disruptions that may cause delay. Once your order has been shipped you will receice an email with your tracking number. 

For all pickup orders, once your order is ready for pickup you will recieve an email informing you of the pickup address in which you will be able to pickup between Monday-Wednesday. If you would like to pickup your order at another time please contact us and we will organize a time.
