Refund policy
As our items are all personalised, unfortunately we cannot exchange or refund for change of mind.
Damages and issues
We use Australia Post as our courier, and sometimes breakages happen which is out of our control. If you have recieved a product which you believe has been broken in the post, please take a photo within 24 hours of recieving the product and send us an email at m.a.designss@outlook.com. Our team will get back to you within 24-48 hours with the follow up procedure.
If you believe your order is incorrect and/or faulty please inspect your order upon receiving it and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. Please be advised we can only accept items believed to be faulty / damaged within 24 hours of receiving the product.
